Is there only one level of subscription?
There are two levels of subscription, BIQ Basic and BIQ Pro.

BrandIQ Basic provides full company profiles for the top 2,500 Advertisers in the UK by spend. You can search by company, contact or brand to target decision makers by telephone or direct mail.

BrandIQ Pro is the complete new business development solution with full company profiles of the top 2500 advertisers and their respective 450 Agencies in the UK. Create your own bespoke campaigns for telephone, direct marketing and e-marketing campaigns. Manage your new business activity with the contact management module and all easily exported into MSExcel.

How often is BrandIQ Updated?
All BrandIQ advertiser contacts are updated directly by telephone in a continuous six week cycle ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
How do I create Mailing Lists in BrandIQ?
The BrandIQ Pro mailing list function means you can target by:
- 28 market categories and 270 sub market categories;
- Regions including country, county, town, & TV region;
- Job responsibilities;
- Company or contact groups and actions
- Media spend (quarterly, YTD, media type, historical)
All lists can be saved and you can simply export to Excel in order to create labels
Import the DM or eDM creative for your campaigns to each individual contact for future reference.
Can I import my own data?
You can enter your own information into BrandIQ Pro as well as running importing data en masse via MSExcel. For example if you wish to import 500 companies at once with all contacts, address details etc.
All data entered by our subscribers is only seen by themselves. This data is not made Global to all subscribers.
How many users do I get with my subscription?
Each subscription gives you 1-5 user licenses. If you require additional access
for your company or team we sell additional user licenses in blocks of 5.
Does BrandIQ have Contact Management functionality?
BrandIQ Pro provides users with a contact management system module; users can keep track of all conversations with clients, assign actions and groups to clients, and assign actions or clients to other members of their team.
Can I see how much companies and brands spend on advertising?
All advertisers and brands within BrandIQ have media spend listed
on a quarterly, annually YTD and historical basis. All media spend
data is provided by Xtreme Information's BrandUK service and covers top line media
channels: TV, radio, press, outdoor, Internet and cinema.
